1-800-Volunteer.org
The Volunteer Center is a local site for access to 1-800-Volunteer.org, a national database that connects you with volunteer opportunities in your community and across the nation. 1-800-Volunteer.org allows you to search hundreds of volunteer opportunities in your area, open up your own volunteer account, track your volunteer hours, and much more!
Volunteer Referrals
If you cannot find the type of opportunity you're looking for on 1-800-Volunteer.org, or if you are not proficient at searching the internet, you can call the Volunteer Center for assistance with finding an opportunity. Drop-in Hours
Please feel free to drop by our office at 2300 West Orleans Street in Stillwater on Tuesdays anytime between 1:00-3:00 or Fridays between 10:00-12:00 to meet with Lisa or Elena and find out more about volunteer opportunities in the St. Croix Valley.
Corporate Opportunities
If your company is interested in getting involved in the community through volunteerism, the Volunteer Center is able to develop customized volunteer projects in exchange for a donation to our organization. Special Events
The Volunteer Center coordinates a number of volunteer events throughout the year, including Rake a Difference Day, Holiday Bureau and a Summer Service Event. More information on getting involved with these events is available at our Special Programs page.
