Where: Nonprofit sites across the St. Croix Valley
When: Saturday, May 7th, 2011
What: Get your hands dirty with volunteer work like landscaping, working with children, gardening, spring cleaning and much more!
Who: You! Volunteer as an individual or with your family, a group of friends or even your co-workers
Why: Because volunteering is a fun way to get involved in your community, and there are lots of places that need your help!
More information on the 2011 Spring Into Service Event will be posted around the first of the year.
2010 Spring Into Service Event
The 2010 event was a great success, thanks to nearly 150 volunteers giving their time to 8 different nonprofit service sites! Individuals, families and friends volunteered over 500 hours on one morning, contributing a value of $10,946 to the St. Croix Valley community. Volunteers completed landscaping work, gardening, spring cleaning and much more, making a huge difference in just one morning.
